Yellow Hit

We might as well stick with the Mystery Models while we have them. Here's another fantastic RX-7 renderding. There's something about these cars that I really like, and a nice bright yellow with dark rims just works so well.

The paint ends up being a little thin on the sides of the spoiler, probably due to friction in the polybag. If there's one serious drawback to the Mystery Models, that's it -- you can't see the actual car to see if there's any damage or if one is better than another given car.

But is it worthy of the display shelf? You know what? Absolutely. The Asian display quadrant is dominated by no fewer than seven Skylines and GT-Rs of varying vintages. This car is easilly better than many of those, but the one that gets the hook to make room for this car ends up being the Matchbox '71 Nissan Skyline 2000 GTX. Now we have two RX-7s up on the wall. And with another RX-7 coming, there just might end up being three of them up on the wall before too long.
